The site has a new look, thanks to about a week of hard work modifying an already great theme. I’ve mostly just cleaned up the original theme’s php files, added social bookmarking links and some new graphics. The pencil is thanks entirely to this tutorial. I didn’t even change the colors!
What I’m really proud of is the “my del.icio.us” button at the bottom of the page. Here’s a copy.
I finally got the lighting to look OK! Maybe there’s hope for me yet. :-) Don’t like the text though. Too bland.
Having a webserver on my laptop helped loads. I didn’t have to upload pages after every single modification to see if everything was working. (Linux rocks). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to validate my code :). CSS is valid but don’t know about XHTML.

wohaa mate, nice job on the modifications, however did you use the v3 as a base or the buggy v1 (over 8 months old version by now)?
also, did you see I published my PSD files (and all other resources?)
